Software help / how-to / troubleshooting: $35 (first 30 minutes)

Tune-up / cleanup: $35 (first 30 minutes)

Data backup (cloud setup/guidance): $35 (first 30 minutes)

Payment is required to book. Your session code is emailed 15 minutes before your scheduled time and is valid for 30 minutes. If a session runs past the initial 30 minutes due to factors outside our control (downloads, installs, restarts, slow internet), additional 30-minute blocks are billed at $35 each to the card on file - we'll always let you know before continuing.

Note: Virus removal isn't available remotely, since infections can block remote access and these jobs often run long - drop-off only.
