Base Rates

Diagnostic / trip fee: $35 (waived if you proceed with repair)

Hourly rate, residential: $65/hr (1-hour minimum)

Hourly rate, business: $75/hr (1-hour minimum)

Travel: Free within 30 miles of Denton, MD

Data backup (cloud setup/guidance): Hourly rate (1-hour minimum)

Tune-up / cleanup: $75 flat

Wi-Fi & network troubleshooting: Hourly rate

RAM upgrade: $50 flat, plus parts (itemized on invoice)

Maryland sales tax applies to hardware/parts. Labor is not taxed.

Drop-off / Pickup - We bring your device to our location

For jobs that take longer than a typical onsite visit allows, we can pick up your device, complete the work, and return it.

Virus & malware removal: $100 flat

OS reinstall (you already have a cloud backup in place): $100 flat

OS reinstall (we need to clone/back up your drive first): $150 flat

Drive upgrade/replace (includes full OS reinstall & data migration): $130 flat, plus parts (itemized on invoice)

If you'd prefer we stay and complete a drop-off-eligible service in person instead, the onsite hourly rate applies.

Payment is due at completion of service. We accept card (tap-to-pay or chip), Cash App, and cash.
