For over 20 years, I've been the person friends, family, and neighbors call when their computer stops cooperating - starting as a side hustle helping folks in single-family homes and growing into supporting large estates with full home networks, on both Windows and Mac.
Along the way I built a career in tech support, working Internet, VOIP, and Cable TV support at Easton Velocity, and today I work as an End User Computing Specialist at Hub Group, Inc. That day-job experience - troubleshooting real problems for real people at scale - feeds directly into the hands-on help I offer here.
On Track Computers is that 20 years of side-hustle experience, finally turned into something official. I wanted to make that same level of care and expertise available to more people in the community, not just the folks who happened to know me already.
I've lived in Denton, MD with my family for the past 7 years, and I'm proud to offer local, honest, and reliable computer help to my neighbors - whether that's a quick fix over remote support or an onsite visit to sort out a home network.
