Small business support
Running an office, shop or clinic? We help keep your computers working: slow or failing workstations, backup setup, Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting, new computer setup and virus removal. Business onsite visits are $75/hr within 30 miles of Denton, with the $35 trip fee credited toward the work. Remote help is available anywhere in the U.S.
Cancel at least 90 minutes ahead for a refund of the $35 fee (minus the card processing fee), or reschedule at no charge. Service Policies

Data Recovery
Lost files on a drive that won't cooperate? We'll pick up the drive, work from a safe copy of it, and bring it back, along with anything we can recover. The $35 evaluation gives you a straight answer on whether recovery is likely, and it's credited toward the $100 recovery fee if you go ahead. You only pay the recovery fee if we recover files you approve.
Please note: recovery is never guaranteed. Many drives, especially SSDs, hold nothing recoverable, and files deleted some time ago are often gone for good.
We can't recover drives that click, grind or aren't detected, drives with water, fire or physical damage, or encrypted drives without the key. Phones aren't included. Recovered files are delivered to a drive or storage you provide.

Slow or patchy Wi-Fi, or new equipment to set up? We'll come to you and work through your home or office network. This service is onsite only and is billed at the standard hourly rate listed above.
